Appointment and No-Show Policy: Dr. Satpathy does his best to keep waiting times to a minimum. He respects your valuable time and appreciates your patience and courtesy when unpredictable emergencies arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let the office know as soon as possible – typically 24 hours - so other patients may be accommodated. You may be charged a “no-show” fee, if no notice of cancellation is received.
