General Information: Coppell Psychiatric Care accepts most major insurance
carriers, including Medicare. Please contact the office to find out more
information regarding this. The office will be be happy to file the necessary
paperwork for insurance claims; however, please remember it is the patient’s
responsibility to pay any deductible, co-insurance, or any other balance not
paid by the insurance provider. Please notify the office of any changes in
address or insurance plans so that all files are current.
Fees and Payments: In accordance with insurance regulations, payment is due at
the time services are rendered. If for some reason the bill cannot be paid at
that time, please inform the office; it may be possible to work out a mutually
suitable payment plan. Monthly statements will be sent if there is an
outstanding balance on the patient’s account. NSF checks are levied a $35
charge. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted.
Self Pay and Walk-ins: Self-paying patients are encouraged. Please contact the
office to discuss an appropriate payment plan. Walk-in patients are welcome.
